I had to share this Shrimp recipe I made for dinner last week! (And it's only 5 weight watchers points!) I found this on the weight watchers site. Super quick and easy. With Torey and I both usually not getting home to late quick and easy are 2 of our favorite things when it comes to the kitchen! With that being said I didn't use fresh parsley or freshly squeezed lemon juice, and it still turned out amazing! Being my forgetful self I also didn't add the
worcestershire sauce because I forgot to get that at the store, and turns out they don't sell that at the gas station down the street. :-) The picture is above.
Here's what you need:
1 1/4 pound(s) uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 spray of cooking spray
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbs. light butter melted
3 cloves (medium, minced)
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
2 tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
Here's what you need to do:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients; pour over shrimp.Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are done. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 ounces shrimp and 2 tablespoons sauce).
